About us
No matter what challenges a family faces during the course of a serious illness, we are here to offer support, expert care, and understanding. Our goal is comfort, quality of life, and peace of mind. In 1981, Central Wyoming Hospice began as a Wyoming-grown, volunteer organization to help families in our community facing the challenges of end-of-life. Since then, as the only non-profit hospice in Natrona and Converse counties, we continue to be committed to helping our neighbors have the best days possible. Central Wyoming Hospice & Transition’s mission is to companion the end-of-life journey with skill and compassion. We pride ourselves on hiring the best of our community—those with a heart for caring and high expectations of the services provided. In return, we strive to offer the best workplace in Casper!
