Meet Chad Duennes, SVP of Supply Chain for Catalyst Brands LLC. Chad joined JCPenney in May 2012 as a senior director of supply chain operations, taking on increasing responsibilities until he was appointed senior vice president of JCPenney’s supply chain in December 2022. Prior to JCPenney, he held several director-level positions at PepsiCo. Chad is responsible for Catalyst Brands’ logistics, retail and eCommerce distribution center operations and global logistics, including supply chain strategy, analytics, engineering and systems. Jim most recently served as EVP of stores for JCPenney, leading all aspects of stores from operations, construction and facilities management to customer care and asset protection. Meet Glen Morris, EVP, Chief Legal Officer of Catalyst Brands LLC. Glen has more than 25 years of broad legal experience, most recently serving as senior vice president, general counsel at JCPenney from 2021 through 2024. He first came to JCPenney in 2014 after spending 18 years in private practice, including seven years as a partner with a national trial and appellate complex litigation practice with Alston & Bird LLP.
