CATA’s holiday food drive has officially come to a close, and we’re thrilled to share that CATA riders collected over 1,475 pounds of non-perishable food! It’s inspiring to see our community come together to make a difference. CATA distributed the donations equally between the State College Food Bank and the Lion Pantry. In FYE 2023, CATABUS provided 4.7M fixed-route bus trips, CATARIDE delivered 22,600 paratransit trips, CATAGO! completed 69,000 microtransit trips, and CATACOMMUTE reported 26,400 vanpool trips. Together, we're making strides toward a more connected and mobile community! #CATA #CommunityMobility

CATA is pleased to report a significant increase in its ridership numbers for the fall of 2024, showing impressive growth compared to the previous year. This positive trend is a result of CATA’s realignment of its service in response to growing customer demand!
