Out-producing your adversary is key to deterrence. This week, Castelion is one step closer to delivering mass-produced long-range strike weapons after moving into two new production and development facilities in Torrance, CA and Allen, TX. These sites represent more than 100 thousand square feet of new space dedicated to giving America and its allies the tools it needs to prevent future wars.
About us
Castelion is bringing a new approach to defense development and production: one that focuses on short, iterative design cycles, rapid testing in development, and modern commercial manufacturing strategies for production at scale. We’re designing, building, and testing next generation long range strike weapons systems to give America and its Allies a definitive edge and deter future conflicts.

Castelion is proud to be included on Andreessen Horowitz's 50 Companies Shaping the Fight of the Future list, highlighting engineering teams across the country that are innovating to give the DoD and our allies the tools they need to deter future conflicts. As our CEO and Co-Founder Bryon Hargis shares, "the goal here is not to get in a fight with anybody. The goal is to prevent the fight from happening." That's only possible with high volumes of low-cost, effective weapon systems.
Imagine a world where supply chains grind to a halt, entire industries shut down overnight, and economic stability crumbles. This isn’t just a hypothetical risk, as geopolitical tensions rise. But Washington has spent years preparing for this moment. And Silicon Valley is stepping up to bolster America’s competitive edge. The American Dynamism 50 highlights 50 companies working to deter conflict and strengthen our national resilience. From AI-driven defense to advanced manufacturing and energy innovation, technology is the frontline of global security. These are the companies leading the charge: https://bit.ly/3DACqqv

We are excited to welcome our first DoD SkillBridge Intern at Castelion, Maj George Steele. George has spent twelve years in the United States Air Force, serving as a Developmental Engineer and Combat Rescue Officer, and is already making his impact felt at Castelion. The DoD SkillBridge program gives service members relevant civilian work experience as they're transitioning out - a mission we strongly support.
