🚛 Last week, we hosted the inaugural class of mechanics at the Casella Diesel Technician Training Program in their newly renovated space in West Rutland, VT. This initiative is more than just a hands-on training program—it's a gateway to meaningful careers, debt-free education, and a sustainable future. "It's so rewarding to teach students from across the company through this program," said Training Manager Chuck Lyman. "Some of these employees go through our training and not only get better and safer at their divisions but advance their careers. And that's the primary goal."
