This prestigious recognition places Ms. Gavin among the top three science educators in Delaware. Her application will now advance to the National PAEMST Selection Committee, where she could be selected as a National Awardee.   • Capital School District is hiring a Human Resource Payroll Specialist / Financial Secretary. The Human Resource Payroll Specialist is responsible for conducting daily Human Resources activities with an emphasis on payroll for the Capital School District, including matters involving employees or prospective employees, and ensuring that all matters are handled according to district policies and procedures and meet all state and federal legal requirements. The position acts as a thought partner to the Human Resource Director and/or Chief Financial Officer to ensure that all Human Resources activities are conducted accurately, efficiently, and effectively.
