At a Northeast liberal arts college, C&W Services implemented a GreenClean program and commissioned a biomass heating plant—now supplying 30% of campus energy while lowering costs and environmental impact. At a Georgia college, our team applied a data-driven approach to HVAC maintenance, inspecting 547 campus assets. The result was remarkable: 12% higher asset productivity and 20% fewer work orders—reducing disruptions and operational costs. Smart facility management extends beyond seasonal planning. C&W Services knows firsthand that proactive facility management prevents costly delays. One of our clients, a global biopharmaceutical company, faced a massive post-shutdown cleaning challenge: 5.5 million square feet across four campuses.
