Last Friday, BSA hosted the 5th Annual Clays That Care sporting clays tournament at Tampa Bay Sporting Clays, and it was nothing short of amazing! With 36 foursomes participating and beautiful weather on our side, we had a fantastic day of friendly competition—all for a great cause. Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, participants, and supporters, we raised nearly $65,000 for St. Joseph’s Hospitals Foundation! These funds will make a meaningful impact in supporting healthcare initiatives for our community.

Adam Posorske, PE talks about his role in the engineering profession for the #BSAexpertisespotlight. "What excites me most is seeing how our engineering innovations directly impact people—whether in healthcare facilities, educational institutions, or research centers. Every project we undertake goes beyond designing systems; it’s about shaping environments that empower individuals to achieve their best work. In healthcare, it means creating spaces where patients receive cutting-edge care and medical teams operate with efficiency and confidence. In education, it’s about fostering interactive, technology-driven learning environments that inspire the next generation. And in research, it’s about supporting groundbreaking discoveries by ensuring seamless integration of advanced systems. Ultimately, we’re not just engineers—we’re enablers of progress, helping to build the future one innovation at a time. Connect with Adam on LinkedIn to stay in touch.
