I'm excited to post about the new Brinks Home AI Agent experience. We are transforming an industry with Best-in-Class customer experience. This initiative has been the most interdisciplinary program I’ve ever been involved in. It demanded deep integration of IT capabilities with business expertise that required every team member to bring their A-game. A heartfelt thank you goes to Veronica Moturi and her team for their invaluable leadership throughout this journey. We needed a partner to take on such a transformation. Given our long history with Cresta, turning to them on this venture was a natural choice. In a software landscape where many promise the moon but deliver vaporware, Cresta has consistently proven to be a beacon of reliability.
