Tilt-up transformation underway in Louisiana! ⚙️ Brinkmann is making significant progress on Fibrebond's new 300,000 SF M3 Integration Facility in Minden, LA. This specialized tilt-up construction project in partnership with Agracel, Inc. features a 10-inch double-mat reinforced concrete slab without control joints, an 80x80 joist bay layout, 35kV medium voltage duct bank, and a comprehensive electrical package. The project scope also includes 16,000 SF of high-end office space. Adjacent to Brinkmann's Ralston Gardens project (a 98,000 SF affordable housing community), the paseo features beautifully designed stone retaining walls, a shade structure, water fountain, extensive landscaping, and an innovative intermittent water feature connected to an irrigation ditch. This 827,600 SF development features two, seven-story mixed-use buildings, comprehensive road construction, and a beautiful new public park, all integrated into a single residential community for a total of 583 apartments.
