This recognition reflects our solid financial position, strong risk management, and the continued support we receive from our parent company, Bradesco S.A. Bradesco Bank’s current ratings from KBRA: • BBB+ for long-term deposits and senior unsecured debt • BBB for subordinated debt • K2 for short-term deposits and debt • Stable Outlook, meaning no change is expected in the near term In its report, KBRA highlighted our strong capital levels, including a Common Equity Tier 1 (CET1) ratio of 18.0% at the end of 2024 — well above typical industry benchmarks. The agency also noted our diversified lending portfolio and the significant growth of our wealth management business.
