One of the best parts of our work at Boston Drone Productions is capturing the essence of #Boston while showcasing the incredible projects shaping the city. While filming at the Residence Inn by Marriott: Back Bay/Fenway with Boylston Properties, we had the opportunity to highlight not just a premier hospitality space, but the vibrant surroundings that make it a destination. With Fenway Park at its doorstep and the Boston skyline as its backdrop, this project is deeply connected to the city’s history, energy, and innovation. Aerial cinematography allows us to tell that story—blending #architecture, location, and atmosphere into a visual narrative that brings the project to life. Capturing Boston from above isn’t just about the views—it’s about showcasing the heartbeat of the city and how each project fits into its ever-evolving landscape. ICYMI: On Friday, February 21, 2025 the Unlocking Housing Production Commission released its recommendations for specific legislative, regulatory and policy changes designed to increase Massachusetts' housing supply.   The Commission was created by Executive Order in late 2023 to advise the Healey-Driscoll administration on how state and local laws, regulations, and practices could be revised to increase the supply of housing across income levels and the state. Commission members included NAIOP CEO Tamara Small and NAIOP members Levi Reilly of Marcus Partners; David Linhart of Goulston & Storrs; and Jeanne Pinado of Colliers; as well as leaders from local government, business, and community organizations.
