This week, our Denver team took the afternoon to volunteer with our nonprofit partner, Chill Foundation, teaching youth from our community to snowboard. While it’s always exciting to get on the mountain mid-week, this was not an ordinary day on the slopes: 🏂💡We talked about pathways into the Outdoor Industry and Innovation. On the bus ride to Loveland Ski Area, we even had a chance to dive into a fun exercise designing boot configurations—proof that learning can happen anywhere!  💪🏔️ At Loveland, the mountain was a backdrop for subjects like Pride, Determination, and Courage. Learning a new skill like snowboarding takes all of these qualities and more! 🤝🌟 For the amazing youth Chill serves, this experience wasn’t just about learning a new skill—it was about building confidence, joy, and connection. The growth and appreciation we saw from everyone reminded us that change doesn’t happen overnight. It takes a strong community, deep commitment, and collaboration A huge thank you to Chill for their partnership and to the employees who volunteered their time to help broaden access to the Outdoors and careers in the Outdoor Industry.
