This Women’s History Month, BOWE (Blue Owl for Women’s Empowerment) organized a series of activities aimed at celebrating and empowering women in our industry. To support young professionals and those making a career change, our tri-state area offices held a clothing drive for the ReLoved Boutique at the Manny Cantor Center, collecting gently used professional clothing for individuals in need of attire for upcoming job interviews. We were thrilled to collect an estimated 1,500 items of clothing. Pictured below is the job fair where individuals could receive feedback on their resumes, take headshots and shop for professional clothing. Thank you to everyone who donated to the clothing drive and participated in our Women’s History Month celebrations!

Our annual Season of Service is officially underway! At Blue Owl, we prioritize giving back to our communities all year long, and this initiative allows us to really double down on that commitment with 25+ events planned across our global footprint over three months. We kicked off our efforts with three engaging mock interview sessions for 11th-grade students from The Opportunity Network, which provides students from historically underrepresented and low-income communities with tools to succeed in college and beyond. Through realistic practice scenarios, our volunteers helped the participants sharpen their interview skills. We’re looking forward to the many opportunities we have planned throughout this Season of Service to make a difference in the communities where we live and work!

Pleased to announce the closing of the merger between Blue Owl Technology Finance Corp. (“OTF”) and Blue Owl Technology Finance Corp. II (“OTF II”), with OTF as the surviving company. This merger creates the largest software-lending BDC and represents a significant step in the evolution of the Blue Owl Capital Credit platform. We would like to thank all of our shareholders for their support in the completion of this transaction. We look forward to leveraging the increased scale of the combined company to continue to deliver attractive risk-adjusted returns while enhancing our positioning for a potential liquidity event in the future.
