Meet Caitlin McGowan Scalzi, a Customer Success Manager who’s been with Blend since 2022. Whether she’s helping customers get the most out of their solutions or partnering cross-functionally to unlock even greater value from our products, Caitlin is all about unlocking tangible ROI for lenders. Her desk may be shared with her rescue cat, but her focus stays squarely on driving impact. When asked what drew her to Blend, Caitlin pointed to the company’s ability to actually deliver on innovation—and the opportunity to drive real impact for customers. “I’d always seen Blend as a company that doesn’t just talk about innovation—it actually delivers on it. The leadership’s focus on building the future—not just planning for it—really resonated.
