Alright, it's time to come out of silent mode. Too many exciting things are happening, and, well, sharing is caring. To say it's been a wild ride since our baby, Roger.ai (Corpay One), got acquired would be an understatement. Here are some highlights: - Working in a multinational public company alongside some amazing people. - Collaborating with more banks, and on a much larger scale. - Learning valuable lessons on what works—and what doesn’t. - Moving to New York. - And, believe it or not, getting excited about compliance. Yep, I’m one of the few! Dealing with all the payment infrastructures and compliance demands that come with working with banks has been challenging but also incredibly rewarding. The people building this ecosystem are some of the most talented folks I’ve met in business. In the end, it’s about the people you meet along the way, right? So, I decided to dive in and build embedded compliance infrastructure on banking rails. And I was beyond thrilled when someone who never fails to impress me—especially with his infrastructure skills—decided to join me on this journey: Modestas Petravicius! We called it Blanc. We’ve been iterating on this idea since last winter, and what a ride it’s been. Building around BSA compliance and embedded tooling isn’t easy, but it’s been worth every moment. As of this summer, we’re officially live with a few design partners, and we’re excited to see where the future takes us.
