It was an honor to recognize and celebrate our Top Performers of 2023 in Hawaii last week. Our annual TPC celebration allows us to say ‘thank you’ and reward those whose who go above and beyond the Gold Standard. This year, we welcomed 240 TPC guests, comprising the top 20% of our restaurant's management, CEO special recognition awardees from our restaurants and Restaurant Support Center, key vendors that help us get the job done, and their special loved ones. As I reflect on our time in Hawaii, I am filled with gratitude for the incredible individuals who make up the BJ's family. Their hard work, passion, and unwavering dedication are the driving forces behind our success. I am so incredibly proud to lead such an exceptional team. Cheers to our Top Performers – thank you for everything you do for our team members, guests, shareholders and communities.
