I had the chance to spend the day visiting some of our incredible customers and seeing our kiosks in action — and wow, it never gets old! I spent time at Original ChopShop, Torchy's Tacos and at long last I got to visit a Portillo's (the Italian beef and chocolate cake did not disappoint…I understand the hype!) This visit was extra special since Adam Geenen, with ReSource Point of Sale , who we partnered closely with to execute on the 3 month Portillo’s rollout joined me! Since moving out of restaurant operations, I’ve found a whole new level of appreciation for being able to support those who serve others and are deeply committed to hospitality. It’s a privilege to work alongside brands that care so much about their guests. Coming off the Restaurant Leadership Conference, I’m feeling inspired and energized to keep pushing forward — making sure we’re doing everything we can to deliver a frictionless ordering experience. Order accuracy, servant hospitality, and quality food are top of mind for today’s restaurant guests, and it’s an honor to help our partners deliver on those priorities.
