Who said March Madness is over? The Members at our Thomson Club had an absolute blast with the mock Georgia-Georgia Tech Basketball Classic! Whether on the court, in the bleachers, or cheering from the sidelines, they were all about it. To kick off Masters’ Week, here’s a closer look at the Bank of America-hosted golf clinic held at our J. It was a tremendous honor to have 66th Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice come and speak on behalf of the Clubs! Secretary Rice is a long-time advocate for Boys & Girls Clubs locally and nationally, and we could not be more grateful for her to take time out of her schedule to come support us! We were inspired by the conversation that ranged from her love of sports to ways in which we can raise the next generation of leaders. We also would like to shout out an E.W. Hagler Club alum, former football player for Albany State, and series regular on CBS’s “Beyond the Gates” Maurice Johnson!
