Our Napa Valley warehouse is setting the standard for sustainability, and we couldn’t be prouder! Earlier this week, our incredible Sustainability Team conducted zero-waste training sessions at the facility, engaging over 70 Berliners across two sessions in both English and Spanish. These trainings focused on best practices for achieving zero waste, identifying opportunities for improvement, and reinforcing our collective commitment to reducing waste across all operations.   With an impressive waste diversion rate of over 90%, our Napa Valley warehouse is already a shining example of what’s possible when we prioritize sustainability. This training was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate their achievements while sharing knowledge that will help us strengthen zero-waste practices across our entire warehouse network.   We’re excited to continue this journey with our teams as we work toward an even greater environmental impact.
