Our “1-2-3 Shift for Scholar Success” is more than a framework — it’s a call to action. At Beacon College Prep, we’re strengthening our Tier 1 instruction to ensure it’s not only consistent, but high-impact across every classroom. We will #FlipThePyramid — by raising the floor for all, not just the ceiling for some. Which requires a strategic realignment of priorities: ➡️ Tier One instruction is the non-negotiable foundation ➡️ Every decision is anchored in scholar needs and outcomes ➡️ Equity, access, and achievement are centered at every level of the system By prioritizing Tier 1 instruction, we aim to reduce the number of scholars needing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support by 2027-2028.
