Calling Small Businesses, Innovators, and Technology Entrepreneurs! The Department of the Navy (DON) 25.2/B topics are now in pre-release! This funding announcement contains 56 topics including 48 SBIR Phase I, 3 SBIR Direct to Phase II, and 5 STTR Phase I from Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC), Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR), Office of Naval Research (ONR), and Strategic Systems Programs (SSP). The pre-release period allows direct public communication between small businesses and topic technical points of contact (TPOCs) to answer technical questions about the topics. This direct communication between small business concerns and TPOCs will be allowable until April 23, 2025.
