Congratulations to our client, North Side Housing and Supportive Services on the grand opening of their new shelter in Rogers Park. The City of Chicago awarded North Side Housing a $7M grant for the renovation of the space which will house 70 homeless men and provide them with wrap around services. The shelter will be open 24 hours a day and the men will not need to leave during the day like most shelters. baso provided Owner’s Representative Services.
