You can often find him and Charlie Hecker on projects around the Lowcountry working together to ensure accurate measurements and layouts, to keep those projects on track. They're just about wrapped up on Berlin G. Myers and headed to Main Rd Corridor I Segment A next. "Tommy is what I call a unicorn. He is reliable, smart, and one of the hardest working people I’ve ever worked with. Without a surveying background, he started this position with limited knowledge on what we do, but it didn’t take him long to pick it up because he is a quick learner and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
