With five offices throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, and Maryland, our highly responsive team includes 13 registered structural engineers with licenses in 19 states. The firm specializes in the structural engineering of buildings — both new and old, including university and collegiate; elementary and secondary schools; multi-family residential; mixed use; senior living and life care; hospitals; laboratories; churches; office and retail centers; institutions; industrial plants; historic buildings; and waterfront structures. Baker, Ingram & Associates is practiced in the use of a full range of structural elements, construction materials, building systems, and technology. Using practical and innovative solutions, our regional firm consistently provides architecturally sensitive and cost-effective structural engineering system designs for our clients in local market areas. LAN Associates was fortunate enough to work alongside a myriad of design and construction professionals as we threaded a needle through the New York site. Together, we are now able to move guests over 75 feet vertically and almost 1000 feet horizontally to either end of the park in less than two minutes. The experience is enhanced with LEGO theming, guiding guests through an imaginative process on how to reach the skies through play. Exploring ideas like different means of flight and even means of energy, guests are directed towards new party pods for their upward/downward trek and a dance party high about the ground.
