Newark is at the heart of our story. 🧡 Since relocating our global HQ here in 2007, we've invested heavily in the growth of our employees while supporting Newark's diverse, tech-focused community. From local hiring to providing housing subsidies for employees, our investments help attract foot traffic, sustain businesses and create jobs, generating nearly $2B annually in economic activity. Our #InnovationCathedral—an 80,000 sq. ft. church we restored in 2019—is a cornerstone of our commitment to the city. Cheers to the past 18 years in Newark and to many more ahead, both in our headquarters and global hub cities! Learn more: adbl.com/Impact

Huge congratulations to the Audible and Wondery teams for collecting a total of seven award wins at #TheAmbies this week, with the phenomenal Wondery series ‘Hysterical’ winning the prestigious Podcast of the Year award! If you haven’t listened yet, ‘Hysterical’ tells a gripping story about a mysterious 2011 mass psychogenic illness that spread through teenage girls in LeRoy, New York. It’s essential listening, and this win is further recognition of its stellar storytelling. Audible’s ‘The Wonder of Stevie’ was awarded Best Entertainment Podcast, while Wondery also saw wins for Best Reporting (‘Hysterical’), Best Podcast for Kids (‘Wow in the World’), Best Business Podcast (‘How I Built This with Guy Raz’), Best History Podcast (‘Empire City’), Best Scriptwriting, and Fiction (‘Academy’). And all of these awards come right after the Audible Original ‘George Orwell’s 1984’ won Best Audio Drama at the 30th Annual Audie Awards in early March. Congratulations to the Audible and Wondery teams for this well-deserved recognition!

This March, we commemorated Women's History Month and celebrated International Women's Day 2025, aligning with the global theme to #AccelerateAction for gender equity. Our Women@ and Women in Tech Impact Groups organized impactful events, from volunteering at women's shelters to hosting an art exhibition, challenging barriers and amplifying women's voices. We fostered connections through entrepreneur mixers and conducted workshops aimed at unlocking potential. March was a call to move beyond celebration and activate real progress in our workplaces and communities. Together, through courage and commitment, we can create a more equitable future. #InsideAudible #WomensHistoryMonth
