(“Repairify”) today announced the resolution of its patent infringement suit with Keystone Automotive Industries, Inc. d/b/a Elitek Vehicles Services (“Elitek”). Repairify filed a complaint in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas for infringement of U.S. Patent Nos. 8,688,313, 9,684,500 and 10,528,334 on August, 9, 2021. A settlement was reached to resolve the lawsuit. “We are pleased to reach a resolution in this case.
