Meet… our Special Investigative Unit Manager, Teotl Goitia! As an SIU Manager, Teotl’s main focus is to work on initiatives that strengthen Aspire’s fraud detection capabilities by leading efforts to identify fraud, building a team that shares a passion for combating fraud, and fostering an environment that promotes communication, development, and innovation. Given the fast-paced and high-stress nature of working in SIU, Teotl makes it a priority to maintain a lighthearted and supportive team culture. Meet… Isaac Adams, Aspire’s VP of Product and the newest member of our Leadership team! Mr. Adams began his career in 1999 in actuarial roles in auto research and economic decision support teams. He advanced through leadership roles across property pricing, large state/regional operations, and corporate pricing/analytics. Mr. Adams led all personal lines product and pricing analytics as Vice President of Data Science where his team led economic-based decision-making utilizing financial forecasting and lifetime value models as well as significantly improving core analytic capabilities such as credit, territory, and vehicle rating models. He also was co-inventor on four Usage Based Insurance patents. Mr. Adams then transitioned into agency ownership and ran a very successful exclusive carrier agency for seven years that led all agencies in most quality and performance metrics in the state. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Insurance Institute of Highway Safety and Highway Loss & Data Institute (IIHS/HLDI). About joining Aspire, Mr. Adams says, “Aspire is the fastest growing carrier in CA. That does not happen by accident.
