Last week, we celebrated our annual FDE Summit! A big thank you to everyone who made this year’s Summit such a memorable event! The night was filled with laughter, heartfelt awards, and recognition for the team members who have played a huge part in our journey. It was a great opportunity to pause and reflect on how far we’ve come, thanks to the vision and leadership that guides us. Yesterday we launched FDE’s 2025 Theme “G3 - Gratitude, Grit and Growth” at our Annual Manager Meeting. This incredibly aligned and talented group of leaders are primed for success in 2025. You can’t win every game without winning the first game, and in the first 17 fiscal days of 2025, they are delivering results across the board. Gratitude drives away entitlement, negativity and resentment. Grit drives away laziness, excuses and fragility. Yesterday we had the pleasure of partnering with City Relief, an amazing faith-based organization that has helped transform the lives of those experiencing homelessness and poverty right here in New York and New Jersey, as they move into their new HQ in Clifton. Every new space needs new furnishings to make it feel like home, and 15 team members from FDE LLC, d/b/a Ashley Northeast showed up as a part of our Give A Day program to deliver and set up 125 pieces to fill the new HQ.
