Pies, ponchos, and laughs… oh my! To celebrate Pi Day, we put on a fundraiser to benefit our school garden initiative. K-12 scholars had the opportunity to throw pies at their favorite (or least favorite) teachers and staff members! Not only did we have a blast, but we also raised money to grow something special for our scholars. A huge shoutout to the brave staff volunteers who took one for the team – you truly made this day one to remember! #PiDay #ArkansasEducators #Fundraiser

Today, Mrs. Herrin guided our scholars through an essential skill in hydroponic gardening—adjusting the pH of water! Scholars tested water samples, learned how to use pH meters, and experimented with natural and chemical methods to balance acidity and alkalinity. Hands-on learning like this helps students see science in action and prepares them to grow thriving plants in a soilless system! #Hydroponics #AgriculturalEducation #Sustainability

Yesterday was an amazing day as we celebrated Read Across America Week! We had the privilege of hosting two talented authors, Regina Cloman Moore and DC Sumner, who captivated our audience with their stories, inspiring young readers to dive into the world of books. Their passion for reading was contagious, and it was such a joy to see the excitement they sparked in our schools. A heartfelt thank you to First Baptist Church of Jacksonville for generously providing lunch for our authors and staff. Your kindness and support made this event even more memorable! #Literacy #ReadAcrossAmerica #UPward
