The Opening of Cibaria Completes Manly Pacific Hotel’s Luxury Transformation. Arkadia is thrilled to announce the opening of Cibaria and 55 North Bar in the iconic Manly Pacific Hotel, brought to life by renowned Sydney restaurateurs Alessandro and Anna Pavoni (a’Mare, Ormeggio at The Spit, Chiosco, Postino Osteria). With a prime beachfront location, Cibaria is a sophisticated, all-day dining destination. Today we celebrated National Security Day hosting an afternoon tea to acknowledge Rosebud Plaza's security team and their commitment to safeguarding the centre, our customers and the community. The team were each given a special security pin to show our appreciation and support, with special recognition going to Arshdeep Singh for his outstanding service.

Celebrating a Major Milestone: Arkadia’s first sub-regional shopping centre acquisition.  Arkadia is proud to announce the acquisition of Rosebud Plaza on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria representing the group's first sub-regional property transaction. Rosebud Plaza recently underwent a significant refurbishment including a new Woolworths Supermarket and the introduction of Dan Murphy’s and BCF. We are excited to work with our new retail partners and to serve the community of the Mornington Peninsula.
