We’re honored to see our founder and CEO, Michael Rosenbaum, recognized by the HopStart team as their keynote speaker for this year’s awards ceremony. Mike’s commitment to creating more equitable and effective labor markets is at the heart of what we do at Arena—and we’re proud to support the next generation of innovators who share that mission. Looking forward to an inspiring event on April 25! #AI #FutureOfWork #HopStart2025 #WorkforceTransformation

The HopStart team is thrilled and honored to announce our keynote speaker for our awards ceremony on April 25. Michael Rosenbaum is a great Marylander and one of America's most consequential entrepreneurs. Mike is the founder and CEO of Arena, which applies AI to labor markets to improve career trajectories within and across industries. Arena's technology is now used by nearly 20 percent of the American healthcare workforce - including half of all nursing assistants employed within the industry. He is also the founder and former CEO of Catalyte, which uses machine learning to build primarily tech workforces for large enterprises and governments. The success of this amazing company is illustrated by the fact that Catalyte's earliest investors had the opportunity to cash out at 15-45 times their initial investment. Mike is a trustee of The Johns Hopkins University and a Harvard graduate who went on to receive a JD from Harvard Law School and an MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He lives in Baltimore with his wife and two daughters. At a time when the pursuit of learning, innovation and entrepreneurship is occurring in the midst of unprecedented volatility, we are beyond fortunate to have a leader of Mike's national stature speak to our HopStart competitors about the path to sustainable success. I leave every conversation with Mike better informed than when we began, and I am certain our students will find enormous value in his remarks. Cannot wait for April 25!

Tariffs, turnover, cost pressure—oh my! The headlines keep shifting, but the challenge remains: uncertainty makes everything more difficult. We’ve seen organizations find clarity in the chaos by focusing on what they *can* control—how they hire and retain their people. Across sectors, Arena clients see 20–30%+ improvement in retention within the first year. It’s a proven, low-risk way to stay ahead—even when the future is anything but certain. And with our guarantee, if it doesn’t work, you get your money back. You don’t have to control everything. You just have to outsmart the unpredictable. Curious how others are navigating the chaos? We'd love to help. #workforce #retention #talentstrategy #leadership #futureofwork
