Ardonagh Advisory are pleased to announce the acquisition of ALP Holdings (Liverpool) Ltd and its wholly owned subsidiary Letton Percival Ltd. ALP Holdings, established over 100 years ago, are located in the centre of Liverpool, with a team of 17 who specialise in commercial and personal lines, as well as overseas removals. Directors, Andrew and John Leaver, will be remaining with the business and continuing to lead this remarkable team. Anderson & Co was established over 50 years ago and acquired by Christine McLellan in 1993, who will be continuing to lead the business as Managing Director.
