The EU Council and Parliament just announced ambitious new food waste reduction targets: ✅ 10% less food waste in processing and manufacturing ✅ 30% less per capita food waste in retail, restaurants, food services, and households With over 59 million tonnes of food wasted annually in the EU, equivalent to €132 billion in losses, these efforts couldn’t come at a more critical time.
