🏆 Exciting News! Our Las Vegas regional office has recently won the Western Walls & Ceilings Contractor Association (WWCCA) Award for the West Henderson Hospital project in the hospitals/healthcare category! 🏗️ 🎉    This project consisted of over 370,000 square feet of ground-up framing and high-end finishes. AJ's scope included framing and drywall, painting, wallcovering, photoluminescent egress, and Fiber Reinforced Panels. This hospital consists of 8 levels, 5 of which are dedicated to over 100 patient rooms. Also included are various EP Labs, CT Labs, OR rooms, Open Heart Surgery, X-ray, GI, and many more.   Our goal was to present to the client a brand-new, state-of-the-art hospital with ample treatment rooms and labs that will provide quality craftsmanship and functionality for years to come. Our Portland, Oregon team was recently featured in this fantastic video explaining the exterior prefabricated walls on this high school expansion project in Beaverton, OR. 🏫 Utilizing our in-house BIM team and extensive prefabrication experience, our teams aim to build prefabricated walls faster, safer, and more cost effectively than traditional on-site methods. Anning-Johnson Company has received Golden Gate Partnership recognition by the Cal/OSHA Consultation Service for our effective Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) on the EdgeCore Digital Infrastructure data center project in Santa Clara, CA! This state-of-the-art building delivers 36 MW of critical IT load across 255,000 square feet of space and is designed to meet the highest standards of sustainability and performance. Our scope of work included Interior and Exterior Design Build framing, Interior Drywall and Finishing, Exterior Sheathing, Lath and Plaster, Interior Firestopping and Insulation.
