At the Builders Exchange Event, we spent time with local subcontractors—people who share our passion for quality work and getting the job done right. Announcing our latest project in Niagara Falls. We’re proud to reveal the newly completed 13,000-square-foot renovation. Working closely with the client, architect and engineering team, we transformed an existing facility into a modern, functional office space perfect for their team. Key improvements include: - Improved Office Footprint to optimize space usage - Warehouse Separation for streamlined operations - Open-Plan Office Design encouraging collaboration - Collaborative Workspaces and meeting rooms for flexible teamwork - A Central Hub that enhances communication and productivity - Ample Storage to accommodate future expansion A night and day makeover—creating spaces where teams can come together. Once home to the Allen Tool Corporation—known for its aerospace and defense manufacturing—this building carries a rich history of craftsmanship. Locals may also recognize its distinctive floral decal etched into the bricks, a reminder of the care and detail poured into the original design. Renovations in the early 1990s preserved the building’s century-old character while offering a modern workplace for our growing team. We chose this location because it reflects a strong legacy, and also, our continued investment and dedication to the Syracuse community.
