Job Description: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Administration and Personal Assistant. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions that contribute to the success of our flight school and aviation college. This individual will work directly with the Chief Flight Instructor and perform any personal and administrative tasks as assigned. This includes the following: Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and management - Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner - Maintain organized and up-to-date files and documentation - Assist with event coordination and logistics - Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient administrative processes - Manage the Chief's daily schedule and runs errands as deemed necessary by management staff Qualifications: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative and/or personal assisting - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Attention to detail and accuracy, especially when dealing with student records - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Maintain confidentiality when dealing with tasks that correlate to student and FAA records Preferred Qualifications: - Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field - Familiarity with aviation terminology and procedures - Experience with student management systems or databases - Passion for aviation and a desire to contribute to the growth of future aviators How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience to admissions@teachmetofly.com.
