Join us in welcoming Laura L. to the ACP Team! Laura Lytle joins ACP as Vice President - Government Relations. With over 30 years of experience in Washington, D.C., Laura has established herself as a seasoned leader in public relations, government affairs, and policy advocacy. Before joining ACP, Laura spent a decade as a Director on Capitol Hill, where she facilitated innumerable Congressional events and served as a critical liaison between the press and congressional staff. As the eleventh person to hold the position of Senate Press Gallery Director since its formation in 1884, Laura had an unparalleled perspective on the inner workings of Congress. Her career has also included leading policy, advocacy, and grassroots campaigns on behalf of the Parkinson’s community and policy think tanks, reflecting her commitment to making a meaningful impact. A passionate advocate for mentorship, Laura shares: "During my time in the Senate, I participated in several mentoring programs and had the privilege of hosting interns from the Wounded Warrior Project. My sister-in-law has mentored twelve times through ACP, which inspired me to take it a step further and find new ways to help Veterans." We’re excited to have Laura on board and can’t wait to see the incredible impact she will make in support of our military community. Welcome to the ACP family!
