What was awesome to see was the power of partnership from the two days I was there such passion and enthusiasm for the customer and working together but also worked across vendors to deliver great customer outcomes. A partner led approach was so refreshing to see and hear where CCaaS can work across Tech Stacks to deliver what the customer wants rather then square pegs and round holes!
