There was a gold medalist in our midst this month as we welcomed basketball Hall of Famer and Olympian Chamique Holdsclaw. Together with the Black and African American and the Women ERGs, Chamique held a session with Ally teammates about resiliency and taking care of mental health. Chamique shared her personal struggles with mental health at the same time she had great success on the basketball court. Her main message: don't be afraid to ask for help. She also imparted a word of advice as we all move through the world. "Everyone is going through something, even if they put on a brave face and have a lot of success. We all have to show grace." Thank you, Chamique, for your wisdom and for empowering us to continue supporting each other and fostering a culture of strength and unity. 💪💙

As a celebration of women's empowerment and inspiration, Ally was the presenting sponsor of the Detroit Pistons She One Three platform, where we teamed up to put on the Girls Dream Big Summit and Women's Empowerment Game. Each event was filled with impactful moments, including an engaging panel discussion, vision board making, and an Ally financial education session. During the game, we honored our Woman of the Week winners, who were nominated by Pistons fans based off their impact in the Detroit Community. We also had our Women ALLYs lead the "Rev Up" moment and greeted female fans with flowers as they entered the arena. The event also featured a custom keychain station, women-empowered premiums at our Plink-o board, and more. We were even joined by 60 of our teammates in the 313 Allies section. We believe in the power of dreams and the importance of empowering women to achieve them - and this initiative embodies that commitment.

This week, we hosted our quarterly AI Day for more than 1,000 teammates, with educational sessions focused on ways to make work more efficient and how to develop new use cases to support our business, all while staying on top of lightning-fast change. We welcomed a special guest to the conversation, Dan Priest, U.S. Chief AI Officer at PwC. Speaking about emerging AI trends, one important insight about talent stood out. A self-described “AI optimist,” Dan said that having internal leaders who can inspire confidence and encourage upskilling among their teams remains a critical element to enterprise AI adoption. “AI should be inclusive of humans. They should see themselves at the end of the journey with a value prop, a reason to be involved.
