Two Platinum Medals. Two Silver Medals. One clear message: progress. Alltech just earned four new EcoVadis sustainability medals. And that’s no small feat. EcoVadis has assessed over 200,000 businesses around the world. Only the top 1% receive Platinum. We’re proud to share that two of our facilities — Alltech Coppens in the Netherlands and our Woolfox manufacturing site in the U.K. — reached that top tier. That’s not all. Our global operations and Serdán, Mexico facility secured Silver Medals — ranking in the top 15%. These wins are the result of years of work: • Expanding our ESG policies • Implementing new systems • Investing in team training • Creating a culture of sustainability As Tara McCarthy, Alltech’s global vice president of ESG, put it: “Our ambition to build upon this proof remains strong. The commitment to embed best practice is unwavering.” This isn’t the end of the story. Several additional sites are undergoing assessments this year — including the Alltech European Bioscience Centre in Dunboyne, Ireland, which submitted its assessment this week. #Sustainability #ESG #EcoVadis #PlanetOfPlenty #AgTech #Alltech https://lnkd.in/gDH2tNEs

Running for a Cause: A Half for Hazel Next week, I’ll be flying to the U.S. to join Mark Lyons and a team of runners to compete in the Horse Capital Half Marathon in Lexington, Kentucky. But this run is about much more than crossing the finish line. We’re running in honor of Hazel Lube, the daughter of our dear colleague, Mary Lube, who tragically passed away from pancreatic cancer. Inspired by Grace O'Neill and her Run Queens team, who raised over €7,500 running the Dublin City Half Marathon, we’re now taking Hazel’s legacy global through A Half for Hazel—raising funds for the Little Way Cancer Support Centre. As part of the 2025K Charitable Challenge, every donation to A Half for Hazel will be tripled, thanks to matching contributions from Mark and the Pearse Lyons ACE Foundation. If you’d like to support, here’s how you can get involved: 🏃 Run your own half marathon—wherever you are 💜 Donate early to maximize the matching funds 📢 Spread the word—every share makes a difference Hazel’s light continues to shine, and we are honored to run in her memory. If you’d like to contribute to my race, learn more, or join us in this effort, please visit the fundraising page: https://lnkd.in/ewPJsgWp #AHalfForHazel #HorseCapitalHalfMarathon #2025KCharitableChallenge

What started as a personal challenge — 25,000 push-ups in a year — quickly turned into something much bigger. And much more meaningful. Seven individuals crushed that goal in just three months. Now, some are aiming for 50,000, 75,000, even 100,000 push-ups. The camaraderie and encouragement surrounding this challenge have been incredible, uniting colleagues across the globe in ways we didn’t expect. But it’s never just about the numbers — it’s about purpose. Inspired by our colleague Grace O'Neill, and in memory of Hazel Lube — the daughter of our dear friend Mary Lube — we’re taking on a new challenge: A Half for Hazel. Next week, a group of us will run the Horse Capital Half Marathon in Lexington, raising funds for Little Way Cancer Support Service — an organization that provided vital care and compassion to Hazel and her family in Ireland. Our goal: $15,000 for a small but mighty group making a big impact. This is more than a race. It’s a tribute. It’s a way to keep Hazel’s light alive and extend that support to others who need it. We hope others will be inspired and take the rest of the year to take on this challenge — perhaps even completing their own Half for Hazel by the end of 2025. Whether you join us in Kentucky, run your own half marathon, or simply cheer us on from wherever you are — we’d love for you to be part of this journey. You can support me or take on your own challenge here: https://lnkd.in/gisuDreP #AHalfForHazel #2025KCharitableChallenge
