She is a driving force in establishing the Allied Gives Back program as well. Our second winner is Amanda Mayes, Senior Implementation Manager. Amanda is a natural collaborator and understands not only what is important for her team, but how her work directly impacts others. She is a leader amongst her peers in answering questions, sharing experiences, and remains supportive of her teammates through successes, as well as the struggles. Our final winner is James Robitaille, Senior Software Engineer, EDI. James is a one-of-a-kind individual who brings integrity, skill, hard work, and exceptional results to any project he is associated with. James always treats peers with the upmost dignity and respect. Recently, James had a large month-long project in which he collaborated heavily with other departments through continued communications and daily meetings. In his daily reports, he had high praise for the other participants in these projects, often pointing out he would not be as far along with them if not for the help of the team. Even with the daily diversions and shifting priorities, his work remained phenomenal. Congratulations, Amanda, Amanda, and James! #AlliedAllstarAward
