Say hello to Victor, Allegiant’s manager of Inflight Training Operations! With more than a decade of experience spanning many facets of our Inflight team, Victor’s journey has been nothing short of inspiring. Victor joined Allegiant as a Flight Attendant in 2014 and spent seven of those years as an Inflight Field Instructor. In addition, Victor spent ten years as a Flight Attendant Recruiter, successfully helping more than 2,000 Allegiant flight attendants earn their wings! Ready for a new challenge, in April 2024, Victor took on the position of Manager of Inflight Planning and Administration, overseeing essential aspects of our Inflight Team, such as flight attendant planning, bidding process, scheduling, and uniforms. Most recently, he stepped into a new role leading Inflight Training Operations, overseeing the day-to-day aspects of Flight Attendant Training, and leading our inflight instructor team. “From day one, I felt like I was part of something special and wanted to grow my career here,” said Victor. Victor's dedication and passion continue to inspire us all. Here's to all those who continue to soar to new heights!

Allegiant is looking for an Emergency Response Specialist to join our Safety & Security team in Las Vegas, NV! This full-time, on-site role is a great opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of our Emergency Response Program. We're seeking candidates with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, a minimum of two years of experience in emergency response planning, and strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. The ability to work independently in a dynamic environment is also essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in technical writing and cross-company project coordination and facilitation, as well as experience in the airline or transportation industry.
