🧬 5 Solutions for your ADC Therapeutic We are proud to be at the forefront of bioanalytical support for Antibody-Drug Conjugates (#ADCs), one of the most promising modalities in targeted cancer therapy. From spatial multi-omics to whole-body PK and immunogenicity, to GLP and GCLP bioanalysis, our team delivers the robust, regulatory-ready data you need to accelerate your drug development program from discovery through the clinic and beyond. Unlock the full potential of your ADC with Aliri’s end-to-end ADC solutions: 👉 1. Target Identification: ✅ Spatial Transcriptomics – Maps the co-expression of candidate targets within specific tissue compartments, while revealing spatial heterogeneity across tumor regions. critical for ADC efficacy. ✅ Spatial Proteomics – Confirm membrane localization at single cell resolution and measure the co-localization of target and co-targets in tumor epithelial cells. ✅ Data Analysis – Co-expression correlation, therapeutic window and target surface density. 👉 2. Drug Discovery: ✅ Whole-body PK - Confirm target organ exposure, anticipate possible atypical DRM accumulation, and support decision-making in dose/formulation selection ✅ Regulated and Non-Regulated BioDistribution 👉 3. Toxicokinetics: ✅ GLP Bioanalysis ✅ Standardized approach for analysis of Human IgG-based mAb’s within preclinical matrices 👉 4. Pharmacokinetics: ✅ GCLP Bioanalysis ✅ Non-proprietary assays to characterize the most commonly employed warheads 👉 5. Immunogenicity: ✅ Collaborate with the leader in immunogenicity assays; able to provide single point-of-contact for full suite of services ✅ Single-cell view of the immune response to ADCs, enabling early detection of immunogenicity risk and immune-related toxicity. Case Study: What is causing limited bioavailability? Limited bioavailability can be difficult to diagnose, as there are many possible contributing factors including low absorption, heavy metabolism at an early stage in the gut, and first-pass metabolism in the liver. In the below case study, Aliri employed our new label-free method combining whole-body QMSI and plasma LC-MS/MS to uncover the reason for limited bioavailability. Watch the full webinar or reach out to learn how our experts can use Whole-Body PK to enable enhanced decision-making as you advance your development program. https://lnkd.in/egSbcs_z #Bioavailability #Pharmacokinetics #WholeBodyPK #CRO #Bioanalysis #SpatialOmics Mathieu Gaudin
