  • We began working with an outdoor furniture brand in 2023 with a fixed budget. Even as performance improved, spending remained capped and any additional funds were directed elsewhere in the business. Despite the limits, the results became hard to ignore: ✅ Gross sales up 119% year over year ✅ DTC sales up 154% year over year ✅ DTC ROAS up 174% year over year That level of growth has earned us the opportunity to support a new part of the business. It also led to a shift in strategy, moving budget from trade shows back into digital where returns are more measurable. For the first time, we have the flexibility to expand on what’s working.
