🗣️ SHOUTOUT 🗣️ Today I want to give a shoutout to Carlos Rey and the team at Adfin who have made the process of implementing a new direct debit facility for a client so easy! Not only have they made it a really easy to follow process, the check in emails to say they’re monitoring things in the background to make sure there are no issues with payments being collected makes us feel really supported!! The uptake has been positive and is going to improve cashflow immensely with some customers who have been taking up to 3 months to pay now on 14 day terms 🤩 Makes a more predictable cashflow schedule for both my client and their customer and my debtor day KPI should improve no end! 🙏🏻 There are so many businesses out there now that tell their supplier what their payment terms are and it shouldn’t work like that. If you’re buying goods or services you should be adhering to what the supplier sets out and keep money flowing fairly through the economy. I know that’s an idealism but if it was more of a level playing field we wouldn’t see so many smaller businesses struggling to survive. Business is tough at the best of times but working together in a fair exchange of payment for services and goods delivered makes the relationship so much better 🥰 If you have a business with regular monthly invoicing, I can highly recommend Adfin as a great platform for collecting direct debits as well as offering your customer more payment options such as Apple Wallet, Googlepay and credit cards as well as standard bank transfer Fees are more reasonable than the likes of GoCardless and Stripe with a more personal service thrown in for good measure! Awesome work Team Adfin! Happy to have a chat with anyone who would like to know more (I’m not on any commission or referral scheme I just love to see businesses collecting cash quicker!!)
