ACU of Texas is pleased to announce the promotion of Erika Plummer to the role of Chief Operations Officer. Since joining ACU of Texas as Senior Vice President of Operations, Erika has made a significant impact, leading the credit union’s branch network with strategic vision, operational excellence, and a commitment to member service.
With over 27 years of experience in the financial services industry, Erika brings a wealth of industry knowledge spanning both credit unions and banks. Prior to joining ACU of Texas, she served as Vice President of the Retail Branch Network at Texas’ fourth-largest credit union, where she played a key role in overseeing branch operations. Her leadership and expertise in operational management, member engagement, and strategic planning has consistently driven growth and efficiency, making her the ideal leader to take on this expanded role.
Beyond her professional achievements, Erika is passionate about serving her community, particularly with youth, financial literacy, and veterans and their families. She enjoys traveling and cherishes spending time with friends and family, including her husband, Dean, daughters Kerstin and Peyton, son Gavin, and two grandchildren.
