It was a pleasure to welcome George Phirippidis back to Applied Aerospace for an engaging Supervisor Leadership workshop. The interactive sessions delved deep into behavioral insights, fostering connected learning and group problem-solving. Collaborating with our dedicated supervisors made the experience truly enriching. I am cherishing the reference binder brimming with valuable content and tools, along with the thoughtful gift of a management book from the author himself. The workshop offered a wealth of knowledge and insights, too numerous to capture fully but certainly worth the experience. #inspired #leadershipdevelopment
