  • In episode 21 of The LASt Word, we were joined by Dr. Abigail Michelson, DVM. Abigail completed her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences at Smith College before obtaining her DVM degree. She is currently a third-year resident in the Tri-Institutional Training Program in Laboratory Animal Medicine & Science at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. She recently published a paper in the January issue of JAALAS, titled “The Impact of Athymic Nude Mouse Stock and Colony Source on the Severity of Corynebacterium-Associated Hyperkeratosis.” We discussed her findings in this episode.
