We’re pleased to announce Moj Kesheh, PSP, FCIArb, Senior Director at FTI Consulting and the Vice Chair of the Claims & Dispute Resolution at AACE International will be hosting a joint webinar with Walter Lipke, the creator of Earned Schedule on ‘Earned Schedule …applying Earned Value Management to schedule control’ on 28 May, 4pm – 5pm BST. Earned Schedule (ES) is a method of extracting schedule performance information from Earned Value Management (EVM) data. With its inclusion in Project Management Institute (PMI) and International Organization for Standardization (ISO), ES is now considered integral to EVM. The presentation will describe the origin of Earned Schedule and its relationship to EVM. From that, the ES measure will be developed along with its derived indicators and project duration forecasting.
